How to pick up a car from Heraklion airport?
Our station at Heraklion airport is located opposite the arrivals terminal. We will be waiting for you outside the arrivals hall with a sign with your name on it.
How to pick up a car from Chania Airport?
Our station at Chania Airport is approximately 100 meters from the arrivals terminal. We will be waiting for you inside the arrivals hall with a sign with your name on it.
How do I pick up the car at the hotel or villa?
Upon agreement, we deliver the car to the place of your choice.
How to pick up a car from Chania or Heraklion Port?
A member of our staff will be waiting for you outside the ferry, holding a sign with your name written on it so that you can recognize them.
Can I pick up my car after midnight because my flight is delayed?
We deliver by car 24 hours a day. As long as we know the flight number, you don’t have to worry, we will be there to deliver the car to you. Night delivery charge of 25 euros for the period from 11:30 pm to 6 am.
Is there an age limit for the driver?
The driver must be 22+ years old, with a driving license of at least 24 months for car group A and 23+ years old for group B. To rent cars in the other categories (C,D,E,F) the driver must has reached the age of 24 and has held a driving license for at least 36 months.
What is the fuel policy?
All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel. If the car is returned with more fuel, no refund is given.
Is an advance payment, guarantee or credit card required?
No deposit, guarantee or credit card is required for the rental. You pay upon delivery of the car.
